What a special dinner for my birthday! Beautiful presentation, flavor explosion of Mexican food with Japanese influence! We were lucky enough to be there on a night when chef Fernando was around. You can choose from a 6 or 9 course tasting with pairings, or a la carte. We chose a la carte and everything was delicious. We started with a blue crab salad, cauliflower tortellini, and each got a main entree. We ended with the house made vermouth as a digestive. Amazing service (Frida) and we felt extremely lucky to have had the experience. Our hotel concierge recommended this place and it surpassed all we could have wanted in a dining experience.

Excellent fusion of mostly Japanese influences with Mexican cuisine. Reminded me of the high end restaurants of Kyoto. Only complaint was that the food had cooled off before being brought to the table. The team approach to service didn’t quite work. Portions were small in the six course tasting menu, more Japanese than Mexican.

Wow, that was so impressive. We were lucky to secure a last minute reservation and it ended up being one of the best dinner experiences we have ever had. Presentation, style and complex amazing flavors. Uriel was our server and he was incredible. Outstanding experience without pretension. The drinks and wine were fabulous as well. Highly recommend.

Amazing food , great service and relaxed atmosphere. The presentation of each dish was 10/10

Excellent food from Chef Fernando and his team. The service is also exceptional with staff that is friendly and knowledgeable. Regarding the food, everything in the menu is delicious. It is a mix of different cuisines from around the world that is perfectly executed.

Wow, this is the best culinary experience I’ve had in CDMX. Try the 9 course tasting menu. The chef will not disappoint. We had someone in our party with many severe allergies and the chef was able to create beautiful creative dishes for this person as well. Definitely worth the price. The ambience is classy and calm and reflective of the type of patrons they have - people that are there to really enjoy refined cuisine and savor the food with good company.

I was truly impressed by the 9 course food and wine pairing at Migrante. The staff were very resourceful, and knowledgeable. The food and wine combination was unique making for a fun and delicious time. Thank you to Chef Fernando for curating a fun, immersive, experience. I will be back next time I visit CDMX!
